  • That depends on the type and volume of waste:

    • 2m³ – Perfect for small clean-ups, garden waste, or decluttering

    • 3m³ – Great for garage clean-outs, moving house, or renovations

    • 6m³ – Best for full house clean-ups, larger renovation jobs, or bulky waste

  • Standard hire is 7 days.

  • We can place bins on your driveway, nature strip, front lawn, or job site.

    If the bin needs to go on the road or public land, you may need a council permit—please check with your local council.

  • The hirer is responsible for ensuring only permitted items are placed in the bins.

    Any prohibited items found may result in extra fees or refusal of collection.

  • The hirer is responsible for any damage caused to the bin during the hire period.

    Please take care to avoid damage to bins to prevent extra charges.

    • General household waste (dry only)

    • Steel and other scrap metals

    • Gas bottles, tyres, mattresses (additional charges apply)

    • Asbestos or hazardous waste

    • Paint, chemicals, or liquids

    • Food waste or food-related items (strictly prohibited)

    • Nappies or animal faeces

    • Batteries

    • Concrete, bricks, rubble, or soil in the 6m³ bin (use 2m³ or 3m³ for these)

  • Please do not overload the bin—keep waste level no higher than the top edges of the bin.

    This ensures safe transport and avoids extra charges or refusal of collection.

    ⚠️ Extra charges can apply for overweight and/or overloaded bins.

  • No liquids allowed. The bin is for dry waste only.

    If there’s water, it should be at or below the bin floor level and not excessive.

  • We recommend giving at least 1 day’s notice, but same-day service is available most of the time — just give us a call!

  • Payment is required on drop-off or as clear funds before pick-up.

    We do not accept card payments — payment can be made via cash or bank transfer.

  • Yes! We sort and recycle wherever possible to minimise landfill and protect the local environment.

  • No. Just make sure the site is accessible and give clear instructions for bin placement.

  • Please don’t move the bin yourself. If you need it relocated, give us a call and we’ll help.
